At Crosscoaster we create 3D printed custom models. Whilst our roots are in rollercoaster car models, we can produce bespoke production models to display or sell as a collectable product.
Our production models are fully 3D printed, assembled and packaged in the UK and contain a certificate of autheniticity that is individually numbered for that extra special touch.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is one of the UK’s leading amusement parks and offers attractions both old and new to guests. The park is great at offering unique merchandice and we have worked with them to create bespoke, collectable models of their ride cars. These models are then sold in the parks retail outlets and via their online store.
UK manufacturing
3D Printing has allowed for small scale manufacturing, anywhere in the world. No longer do you need to look to one source to fulfil product development and manufacturing at large scale. Being UK based (in West Yorkshire) we can offer low scale bespoke production at competitive cost.
How they are made
3D printing allows us to manufacture on a smaller scale in comparison to traditional production methods whilst still being cost effective. Production follows these 8 steps:

Work with partner to understand the product needs.
Step 2
Model CAD design and 3D print prototype(s).
Step 3
Collaborate with partner and refine product details.
Step 4
Manufacture model parts at scale in our in-house 3D printer farm.
Step 5
Assemble each ride model by hand.
Step 6
Finishing and adding fine details.
Step 7
Package the model with an included certificate of authenticity and unique model number.
Step 8
Secure delivery to partner for sale.
